Frequently Asked Questions
How can I change the Carousel settings?
There are three options that can be changed:
- Transitions: Change the effects between images such as Slide up & down, Zoom, and Fade.
- Idle Time: Change the Timer setting to change how long each image stays on your screen.
- Transition Time: The time for transitions between images.
Connected Devices:
This is where you will connect your TV devices. Scan the QR code displayed on your TV to add a device. If your TV is not connecting, disconnect your device and add it again.
How many images are available?
Over 100,000 total images are available, and approximately 10,000 usable images will be rotated throughout the year.
Can I have the images printed?
Image printing will be available soon through our partner company, CreativeGallery.com.
Who owns the Art collection?
The Art is owned by Horizon Worldwide Corp, one of the largest privately held digital Art collections in the world.
How often are the images updated?
New Art is regularly added to the Horizon Art catalogue, and the available images are frequently rotated.
Can I submit Artwork for adding to your collection?
Soon we will accept Art submissions. Check back for details on how to submit your art to our curation team.
How long has Horizon been in business?
The Horizon group has been in business since 1979, originating from a family-owned business founded in 1898 in Houston, Texas.
How many users can I have with my subscription?
You can have one user and share it within your household.
How many TVs can I use with my subscription in my household?
You can have up to six devices connected at one time.
Can I share my subscriptions with my friends?
No. Only your family members in your household.
Can I use my subscription for multiple households that I own?
No. Currently, it is limited to one household at a time.
Can I use my subscription for commercial purposes?
No. The subscription is for residential use only. For business use, email our Customer Support Team.
What TV and Broadband carrier brands can I use?
Currently supported brands include Vizio, LG, Comcast Xfinity, and others to be added soon.
What if I have a technical question?

Can I watch on my computer?
Currently, this is not an option.

What are the Carousel Settings?
These enable transition and timing features.
What format is the TV Art?
1080 x 1920 Pixels, 9 x 16 widescreen.
Are the images copyrighted?
Yes, all images are owned by Horizon Worldwide. Legal Counsel monitors unauthorized use.
What do I get with my FREE subscription?
You receive 25 images for your carousel. You can change these out anytime.
What do I get with my paid subscription?
You get access to all available images, limited only by your system’s memory. Paid subscriptions are ad-free.
How often do you update the Art choices?
Our Curators constantly review the library and make frequent updates. Restart the App for the latest version if needed.
Do you accept coupons or promo codes?
Yes. Search online or check your email for available promo codes.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes. See the link on your mobile device.
What if I lost my username or password?
Select the “Lost My Username or Password” button for retrieval.
The order said it was declined or the transaction could not be completed. What happened?
Ensure the billing address matches the credit card’s registered address. Verify the card details (number, expiration date, and security code). If the issue persists, contact your bank or our customer support at CustomerService1@ScreenGallery.com.
My coupon code does not work?
